what to expect
Let the journey begin.
Once you make an appointment by clicking on the “Make An Appointment” button, you will receive an email providing you with further instructions. All of our sessions are conducted via Google Meet. Your first session will be 65-75 minutes. Prior to the first session, you will be asked to fill out an intake form so that we can get to know you a little better and determine how we can help you on your journey. After your first session we will decide together how many additional sessions you may need. Each subsequent visit will be 45-55 minutes. We are here to help, so let’s get started!
